I established my own company: AIM (Absolute Integrity Mobile) Notary Services so that I could ensure all services associated are professional and done with complete integrity. I am a member of the National Notary Association (NNA) where I receive my credentials: Annual Background Screening, E&O Insurance, Bonding and Loan Signing Certifications. I am a certified, accredited and approved Notary Loan Signing Agent and have conducted over 5,000 loan closings. My loan closing experience includes: Refinance, HELOC, Purchase, Sales, Wealth Management, VA, Commercial and Reverse Mortgages. Other areas of experience include: Wills and Trusts, Medical Directives, POAs, Financial Investment Documents, etc. I have great compassion for clients who require special accommodations, whether in a long-term care facility or hospital or just unable to get out and about. AIM Notary Services provide patient and compassionate services with every client. I am dual commissioned: Washington State (primary) and Oregon. I provide services for all of Clark County and Portland, as well as the surrounding areas. No signing is too far as long as the fee is appropriate.
