Shauntress Todd

I am a Kentucky commissioned notary based in Louisville, KY, serving the Louisville metro area and surrounding communities. I offer both mobile and remote notary services, with availability for clients who need flexible scheduling, including 24/7 service when possible.

I bring valuable loan signing experience with refinances, seller packets, reverse mortgage documents, trailing documents, HELOCs, relocation deeds, and related signing needs. I also assist with debt settlement signings, business forms, contracts, scanbacks, electronic notarization, and remote online notarization.

My goal is to provide a professional, reliable, and friendly experience while helping clients complete their documents accurately and efficiently. I am excited to contribute my training and expertise to support clients throughout the loan signing and notarization process.
