Sheila Dowling

My name is Sheila Dowling, and I am a commissioned Texas Notary Public (Commission #12980488-0, exp. 04/29/2026) and mobile signing agent based in Keller, TX. Through Sheila's Mobile Notary LLC, I have spent the past eight years meeting clients where they are—at home, work, hospitals, or other convenient locations—to complete accurate and efficient notarizations.

I handle a wide range of documents, including vehicle titles, powers of attorney, and real estate closings for buyers, sellers, cash-out transactions, and refinances. With a fully mobile office in my car, I can print and scan documents on the go, making short-notice and last-minute signings smooth and stress-free.

Key capabilities:

• Certified signing agent with experience in complex real estate packages
• 24-hour mobile service, including hospital and jail signings
• Reliable technology: laser printer, mobile hotspot, and secure email/internet access

If I am unavailable, I work with a small, trusted network of colleagues to help ensure your notarial needs are still met.
