My name is Shirley Ann Stewart-Tibbs, and I am a professional mobile notary and signing agent based in White Plains, Maryland. I am commissioned in both Maryland and Virginia, and operate as MVP Notarial Services. I provide general notary work as well as Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC) and loan signing services throughout much of Southern Maryland, Baltimore, and many counties in Northern Virginia.

With experience in over 400 signings, I handle a wide range of transactions, including buyer and seller packages, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, RON signings (Nexsys Clear and Pavaso), debt resolutions, international adoptions, and other general notarial needs.
