My name is Spring Robbins, owner and CEO of Ace Mobile Notary Services, proudly serving clients throughout the Los Angeles and Orange County regions from Long Beach, CA. I bring over 35 years of professional experience in law enforcement and hold a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration. As a California Notary Public (Commission #2464159, exp. 10/22/2027) and Certified Notary Loan Signing Agent, I focus on delivering accurate, competent, and efficient service while treating every client with respect and professionalism.

I am licensed, insured, bonded, and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by appointment. I maintain active membership in the National Notary Association and regularly attend conferences, classes, and webinars to stay current on California notary practices and loan signing procedures. I am also a certified Transaction Coordinator through the California Association of Realtors.
