My name is Stephanie Hunter, and I am a full-time NNA-certified Notary Loan Signing Agent based in Katy, Texas. I bring a strong background in real estate sales, mortgage loan origination, and corporate real estate law to every signing I handle. I am commissioned in Texas through 2030 and provide mobile notary and loan signing services throughout Harris, Fort Bend, and Montgomery counties.

I have successfully completed a wide range of loan signings, including seller’s packages, FHA borrower loans, Texas (A6) cash-outs, reverse mortgages, and refinance packages. I maintain access to title company and attorney offices to properly close Texas (A6) cash-out loans and HELOCs, and I am equipped to quickly print loan documents on both letter and legal size paper.
