I’m Sue Barter, a NSA Certified Signing Agent based in Cape Coral, FL, with over 20 years of experience providing accurate, reliable loan signings and general notary work. I am commissioned in Florida (HH424247, exp. 08/03/2027) and hold a Reverse Mortgage Certification. I’m also an active member of Sign & Thrive and the Notary Coach Training Program, continually sharpening my skills to better serve my clients.
