Susan Acord

Hello, I’m Susan Acord. I’m based in Staunton, Virginia, where my work with Long & Foster gives me a practical understanding of real estate needs and client service. My public profile lists notary as one of my specialties, and I bring a professional, friendly approach to each notary appointment.

I’m especially comfortable supporting real estate notary needs, where attention to detail, clear communication, and a steady process matter. I also assist with retail notary requests, helping clients handle documents in a straightforward and dependable way.

Whether you are managing paperwork connected to a real estate matter or need general retail notary support, I aim to make the experience organized, respectful, and easy to understand from start to finish.
