SUSAN HETTICH

My name is Susan Hettich, and I am a full-time Florida Notary Public and Certified Signing Agent based in Naples, FL. I have been a member of the NNA and an active Notary Signing Agent for 23 years, with current background screening and extensive experience in all phases of real estate closings. Over the course of my career, I have successfully completed well over 20,000 signings, including reverse mortgages, refinances, new purchases, and HELOC transactions.

I am RON certified and also available for in-person signings, including hospital signings and wedding ceremonies, and I am willing to travel long distances on short notice. I use professional tools such as a laser printer, mobile hotspot, EscrowTab (IPEN), and secure fax/email to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely document handling. I am detail-oriented, dependable, and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support your signing needs. References are available upon request.
