Based in Bakersfield, California, I operate JC's Bookkeeping and Mobile Notary and hold an active California notary commission (No. 2385337, exp. 12/31/2025). Mobile notary and loan signings are my primary business, and I am committed to providing professional, punctual, and courteous service to both borrowers and lenders.

I am experienced with a wide range of real estate and loan documents, including refinances, loan modifications, purchases, sales, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages. I am an enrolled agent, background-screened, and certified in e-signings, and I am fully equipped with a laser printer, mobile hotspot, and secure fax and email capabilities.
