My name is Susan Wiechmann, and I am a full-time Arizona Notary Public based in Chandler (Commission #669623, exp. 8/9/2028). I have extensive experience with a wide range of real estate and loan documents, including buyer and seller packages, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, refinances, and VA/FHA files. My background as a Realtor in Illinois and six years as a loan processor for first and second mortgages and HELOCs give me a strong understanding of the loan process and the importance of accuracy and clarity at the signing table.
