Sylvia Canales

Hello, I’m Sylvia Canales, a California-licensed mobile notary based in Nipomo, CA. I have about 10 years of experience helping clients with reliable, professional notary services, including general notarizations, hospital signings, and mobile appointments.

My background includes a wide range of document types and signing needs, including I-9 forms, loan signings, reverse mortgages, buyer and seller packages, HELOC loans, wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. I am equipped with fax, email, internet access, and a laser printer to support efficient document handling when needed.

I carry $100,000 in E&O insurance and provide service in English. My California notary commission is active through 11/13/2028. I aim to make each signing clear, organized, and convenient for every client.
