Sylvia Santiago (Ivette)

My name is Sylvia Santiago (Ivette), and I am a commissioned Notary Public in Florida, proudly serving clients in and around St. Cloud, FL. I have been a Notary Public since 1989 and a Notary Signing Agent since 2021, bringing decades of experience, attention to detail, and professionalism to every appointment. I am also a retired Osceola County Procurement Analyst and a U.S. Army veteran.

I provide a wide range of mobile notary services, including verification of I-9 forms, adoption documents, apostilles, powers of attorney, estate and living trusts, and officiating weddings. I also handle business forms and contracts, legal or financial affidavits, bills of sale or car titles, and parental consent for travel. I do not charge extra for holiday calls and am happy to assist in both English and Spanish.
