My name is Tanesha Owens, and I am a professional bookkeeper and commissioned Delaware notary based in New Castle, DE. With over 20 years of bookkeeping experience, I bring a strong attention to detail and accuracy to every signing. During the pandemic, I founded TO Virtual Solutions LLC, a virtual firm serving businesses across the United States with reliable support services.

Through my company, I provide notary, administrative, call center, and bookkeeping services tailored to each client’s needs. I am commissioned in Delaware (commission exp. 03/06/2026) and offer flexible options including remote online notarization (RON) and EscrowTab (IPEN) capabilities, as well as hospital and jail signings when needed.
