I’m Teresa Weeks, MHA, a North Carolina-commissioned Notary Public based in Matthews, NC. Through SCMB LLC, I provide professional mobile notary and certified signing agent services with a focus on real estate and mortgage-related documents.

I assist clients with a range of signing needs, including loan refinance signings, purchase signings, reverse mortgage signings, and loan modification signings.
