I am a Certified Notary Signing Agent and owner of Teressa Ray, CNSA, proudly serving Las Cruces and southern New Mexico, where I have lived and worked since 1984. I am commissioned in New Mexico (commission #1122052, exp. 4/11/2026), NNA and Notary2Pro certified, background screened, and bonded with Merchant’s Bonding, carrying $100,000 in E&O insurance. I am also Fidelity and Old Republic title certified.

Over the past six years, I have completed more than 3,500 loan signings, including sales, purchases, refinances, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages. I retired from federal law enforcement in 2017 and hold a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from New Mexico State University, bringing a strong sense of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail to every appointment.

I offer flexible, 24-hour mobile notary and signing services, including hospital and jail signings, and can accommodate e-signings. I use a fast dual-tray laser printer, high-speed scanner, mobile hotspot, and accept documents by email or fax. I speak some Spanish, know the area well, and focus on making signers feel comfortable while meeting all deadlines.
