Terri Burns

Hello, I’m Terri Burns, serving customers in Carlsbad, NM through The MVD Powered by NMAIA Carlsbad. I provide friendly, professional notary service alongside practical MVD-related support for individuals and businesses who need help completing important vehicle and identity-related paperwork.

My office focuses on convenient, in-person service for common motor vehicle needs, including title transfers, registrations, VIN inspections, and notarizations. Whether you are transferring ownership, registering a vehicle, verifying a VIN, or need a document notarized, I work to make the process clear, organized, and efficient.

I understand that these transactions often involve important deadlines and details, so I take care to review documents carefully and guide customers through the available services with professionalism and respect. I’m proud to support the Carlsbad community with reliable notary and MVD service in a welcoming retail office setting.
