Thomas Clemans

My name is Thomas Clemans, and I am a full-time professional notary and signing agent based in South Bend, Indiana. I have over twenty years of experience and am an Indiana Licensed Title Producer, with a current Indiana notary commission. I am committed to providing accurate, efficient, and courteous service to every signer—your customers are always my priority.

I am highly experienced with a wide range of real estate transactions, including refinances, purchases, commercial loans, HELOCs, REO, and reverse mortgages. I reliably handle e-docs, printing all documents on an HP 4200 dual-tray laser printer to ensure proper paper sizing and professional results. I also carry E&O insurance from a provider other than the NNA.

I primarily serve St. Joseph and Elkhart Counties, and I am available to travel to Starke, LaPorte, LaGrange, Kosciusko, and Marshall Counties in Indiana, as well as Cass and Berrien Counties in Michigan. I am also available for general notarial work.
