My name is Todd Bluffestone, and I am a commissioned Ohio notary based in Highland Hts, OH (Commission #2025-RE-885576, exp. 01/08/2030). In addition to my work as a full-time teacher, I provide professional notary and loan signing services with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and clear communication.

Though I have less than a year of signing experience, I bring a teacher’s eye for detail and patience to every appointment, ensuring documents are completed correctly and clients feel informed throughout the process. I am a Certified Signing Agent and equipped with a laser printer and mobile hotspot, allowing me to handle document packages efficiently, including hospital signings when needed.

During the school year, I am available Monday–Friday in the late afternoon and evenings, and Saturday–Sunday until 3:30 p.m. When school is not in session, I offer expanded availability: Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–8 p.m., and Saturday–Sunday 8 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
