Tommia Taylor

My name is Tommia Taylor, a full-time LSS-certified notary signing agent and Texas commissioned notary public based in Lancaster, TX. Through Taylor Notary Service, I proudly serve clients throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex with reliable, professional mobile notary and loan signing services. I have maintained an active membership with the National Notary Association for over three years, reflecting my commitment to ongoing training, compliance, and industry best practices.

I focus on delivering concise, efficient, and error-free signings while creating a smooth, stress-free experience for borrowers, title companies, and lenders. I am equipped with a laser printer, mobile hotspot, and secure fax and email capabilities to support time-sensitive and document-heavy closings. I also offer specialized services, including hospital and jail signings, as well as e-sign support when permitted.

I look forward to the opportunity to earn your business as your preferred professional mobile notary public and loan signing agent.
