Torie Smith

My name is Torie Smith, owner of Mobile Notary Services by Torie, proudly serving Louisville, KY and the surrounding area. I am a Kentucky commissioned notary (KYNP75185, exp. 7/6/2027) and an LSS Certified Signing Agent with extensive training and experience.

I have completed over 350 home loan signings, including refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, trusts, grant deeds, PCORs, and certificates of trust. I bring a mobile laser printer and scanner to every appointment, allowing me to handle last-minute document changes and provide prompt scan-backs when needed. With more than 15 years in client relations in the financial advising industry, I’m comfortable guiding signers through complex documents while maintaining a calm, professional atmosphere.

I offer flexible, 24-hour mobile service, including hospital and jail signings, supported by reliable internet, email, and a mobile hotspot. I carefully double-check every document before leaving the appointment and always strive to go above and beyond for your clients.
