My name is Treasure Merchant, and I am a Colorado commissioned mobile Notary Signing Agent based in Littleton, CO (Commission #20154019405, exp. 05/15/2027). Since 2015, I have focused my career on retail banking and mortgage finance, helping clients navigate the complexities of loan closing packages with confidence and ease. I am NNA certified, background screened, insured, and approved by Fidelity and Prudential. I work seamlessly with signing services, attorneys, title companies, lenders, and the general public, always maintaining strict confidentiality and safe signing practices. I serve Denver, Jefferson, Arapahoe, Adams, and Douglas counties, handling a wide range of loan documents, including refinances, buyer/seller transactions, VA, FHA, investment properties, split signings, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages.
