My name is Trisha Tannis, and I am a commissioned Arizona notary based in Apache Junction, AZ (Commission #655192, exp. 09/21/2027). I am NNA certified and have completed over 1,000 loan signings, with a strong focus on accuracy, punctuality, and world-class customer service for both vendors and signers.

I currently hold an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s license and have extensive experience with refinances, VA home loans, purchases, and HELOCs. I have also completed and passed specialized training through Notary Direct, including Notary Skills, Chase HELOC, TRID – Closing Disclosure, and NPI.
