My name is Ursula Morris, a full-time Idaho notary public and Certified Loan Signing Agent based in Eagle, ID. I have been a notary since 2009 and a certified signing agent since 2018, currently closing 15–20 real estate transactions each week. With over 16 years of experience in the mortgage industry as a former mortgage loan originator, loan officer assistant, and transaction coordinator, I bring a strong understanding of loan documents and closing requirements to every signing.
