Valerie Nation

My name is Valerie Nation, owner of Sunshine Mobile Notary LLC in Fort Myers, FL. I’m a commissioned Florida Notary Public (commission #HH245755, exp. 03/28/2026) and I make professional, friendly customer service the center of every signing. Having lived in multiple states over the past 27 years, I’m comfortable working with people from all walks of life and take pride in completing each order to everyone’s satisfaction.

For the past six years in SWFL, I’ve enjoyed serving my community with a full range of mobile and remote notary services, including hybrid and commercial loan signings, reverse mortgages, refinances, HELOCs, RONs, estate planning documents, settlement agreements, and general notary work. I maintain a mobile office with a laser printer and scanner for efficient, accurate signings and offer same-day document drop-off to the mailing facility of your choice.

I stay current through ongoing education, including the 2025 Loan Signing System Conference and 1:1 coaching, so you can expect a smooth, well-organized signing experience.
