Vanessa Ann Robbins

I’m Vanessa Ann Robbins, an Academic Records Evaluator with the UC Berkeley Office of the Registrar in Berkeley, CA. I provide professional notarization support for UC Berkeley academic records for current students, alumni, and former students.

My work focuses on helping individuals obtain notarized university documents in a clear, reliable, and student-centered setting. Through the Registrar’s office, I assist with notarization of UC Berkeley official transcripts, verification documents, diplomas, and diploma photocopies.

I understand that academic records are often needed for important next steps, and I aim to make the notarization process straightforward and respectful. Whether you are preparing documents for education, employment, licensing, or other official purposes, I bring careful attention to detail and a friendly approach to each request.
