Hello, I’m Vivian Ko, a New York licensed notary based in Elmhurst, NY. Through Special Agent Inc, I provide professional notarial support with a friendly, detail-oriented approach.

My services include work as a Notary Signing Agent, Remote Online Notary, and eNotary. I can also assist with remote notarization needs and marriage ceremonies. I focus on making each appointment clear, organized, and handled with care, whether the matter involves signing documents, completing an electronic notarization, or coordinating a ceremony.

I understand that notarial services often involve important personal, legal, or financial documents, so I aim to provide a dependable experience from start to finish while following applicable New York notary requirements.
