Wayne J. Tajchman

My name is Wayne J. Tajchman, and I am a full-time mobile notary and loan signing professional based in Wichita, Kansas. I have been closing loans since 2000, including eight years as a loan officer, which gives me a strong understanding of loan documents from both the lender and borrower perspectives.

Since becoming a full-time mobile notary in 2007, I have partnered with law firms, banks, and title companies and have successfully closed nearly 8,000 home loans. I proudly serve Sedgwick, Butler, Harvey, Reno, Sumner, Cowley, Marion, McPherson, Kingman, and other surrounding counties, with statewide coverage available for additional travel fees.

As the owner of Kansas Witness Closers, I am a commissioned Kansas notary (commission valid through 2029) and carry $100,000 in E&O insurance. All fees are negotiable, and I focus on providing accurate, efficient, and professional service at every signing.
