My name is Wendy Lewis, and I am a commissioned California Notary Public (Commission #2396841, exp. 04/09/2026) based in Hayward, CA. I provide both mobile notary services and in-office appointments several days a week. I have been a licensed notary since 2018 and a certified Loan Signing Agent since 2020, recertifying annually through the National Notary Association. With a strong real estate background and experience completing well over 400 loan signings, I am very comfortable guiding clients through loan documents and ensuring accurate, efficient notarizations.

Through my family business in Hayward, I also offer Live Scan fingerprinting, hard card ink fingerprinting, and notary services. I am equipped with a laser printer, mobile hotspot, and secure fax/email capabilities, and I am available for 24-hour mobile service, including hospital and jail signings, to better meet clients’ needs.
