About
I’m Wendy Zellars, owner of Hometown Notary Services in Bernville, Pennsylvania. I am a bonded and insured Pennsylvania Notary Public and Certified Signing Agent (Commission #1193479, exp. 10/1/2026). Together with my family team, I bring over 25 years of combined mortgage and real estate experience to every signing.
I specialize in supporting brokers, lenders, title companies, and abstractors with flexible, reliable mobile closings. I travel to your client or your office throughout Berks County and many surrounding counties, offering extended hours to accommodate busy schedules and non-traditional workdays.
Key capabilities include:
- Extensive experience with refinances, reverse mortgages, cash transactions, and full purchase closings
- Thorough, detail-oriented signings with documents triple-checked for completion and accuracy
- Technology-ready service with email, fax, internet, laser printing, mobile hotspot, and e-sign support
My goal is to complement your operations, enhance client satisfaction, and help you expand your reach without adding full-time staff.
