Wilfred Ussery

My name is Wilfred R. Ussery, owner of Exceptional Notary in Fairfield, California. I am a California Notary Public (Commission #2466307) and Notary2Pro and NNA Certified Signing Agent with advanced training in loan signings. I am committed to error-free signings the first time, drawing on my strong attention to detail and professional, client-focused approach.

Before becoming a notary, I spent 25 years in San Francisco as an X-ray Technologist in healthcare, followed by about 20 years as a Project Manager in digital imaging, earning my PMP certification and managing multi-million-dollar projects. That experience sharpened my precision, reliability, and communication skills—qualities I bring to every signing.

• Specialized in loan signings, Living Trust notarizations (CNTDA certified), and general notary work
• Mobile services, hospital and jail signings, and Live Scan fingerprinting
• IPEN-enabled with Secured Signing, BlueNotary, and EscrowTab—no paper printing required

I look forward to putting my experience to work on your next signing.
