My name is William E. Wallace, a commissioned Virginia Notary Public based in Stephenson, VA (commission valid through 2027). I specialize in loan signings and have successfully completed more than 4,500 transactions, including purchases, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and VA loans.

As a mobile notary, I am willing to travel virtually anywhere in Virginia when scheduling allows and when fair compensation for travel is provided. Given the challenging traffic conditions in our region, I focus on providing reliable, professional notarial and signing services rather than simple courier work at discounted rates.

I am generally available throughout the week, with the exception of Saturday mornings. All invoices are due within 30 days; by assigning work to me, you agree that a $25 per month late fee will apply to any unpaid balance beyond that period.
