William S. Gluck

I am William S. Gluck, a Florida notary based in Fernandina Beach and serving clients through Sooner Notary Service. I bring a disciplined, service-focused background as a retired U.S. Army professional and retired Department of the Army Civil Servant, along with business leadership experience as President and COO of SCG Enterprises-US LLC.

I provide traditional notary, remote online notary, mobile notary, and Notary Signing Agent services. My notary signing credentials include training through the National Notary Association, American Society of Notaries, and NSA Blueprint, and I am NNA certified and background checked.

I assist with documents such as bills of sale and car titles, business forms and contracts, legal or financial affidavits, living trusts, parental travel consent forms, and powers of attorney. My goal is to make each appointment professional, convenient, and handled with care.
