I’m Yenilia Capetillo, and I’m proud to support our community through the Housing Authority of the County of Tulare.

Based in Visalia, CA, I help connect very low- and moderate-income families, seniors, and people with disabilities throughout Tulare County with reliable housing resources. I am licensed in California, with my current license valid through February 12, 2026.
