My name is Yolanda L. Collier, and I operate as Southern Ohio Signing Service in Jackson, Ohio. I am an Ohio commissioned notary, Pavaso Certified, and licensed to perform Remote Online Notarization (RON). I provide professional, reliable mobile and remote closing services tailored to the needs of lenders, title companies, and individual borrowers.

My background includes working as a State Licensed Mortgage Broker, Senior Account Executive for a lending company, and Independent Closing Agent. I have handled a wide range of transactions, including refinance, purchase, REO, HELOC, combo, FHA/VA, construction, commercial, and reverse mortgages, so you can be confident your closing will be completed accurately the first time.

I use a dual-tray laser printer with mobile printing capabilities, allowing me to accept overnight, emailed, or faxed documents. This is a professional closing service you can count on for accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth signing experience.
