I am a Certified Paralegal and have been a licensed title producer in the State of Maine for more than 19 years. I have performed witness-only closings for over 21 years and previously represented the U.S. Department of HUD as their closing agent for Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. My background also includes work with a nationwide law firm, relocation companies, and REO companies, traveling extensively to prepare and conduct closings for various mortgage companies and banks.
