My name is Cheryl M. MacKinnon, and I am a commissioned Notary Public and licensed title insurance producer based in Raymond, Maine. I bring over 24 years of notary experience, more than 24 years of loan closing experience, and 30+ years in the real estate closing field, including banking, mortgage underwriting, and loan closing administration.

I am a Certified Paralegal and have been a licensed title producer in the State of Maine for more than 19 years. I have performed witness-only closings for over 21 years and previously represented the U.S. Department of HUD as their closing agent for Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. My background also includes work with a nationwide law firm, relocation companies, and REO companies, traveling extensively to prepare and conduct closings for various mortgage companies and banks.

I regularly serve Cumberland, Androscoggin, York, southern Oxford (Rumford south), and Kennebec Counties, with arrangements available for coverage throughout Maine.
