Kelly Conway

I'm Kelly Conway, a mobile notary based in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, serving clients throughout Routt County and rural Colorado. Through Axis West Realty / Solstice Ventures, I bring a real estate-focused background to notarizations involving property transactions, lending paperwork, and time-sensitive documents.

I assist with loan signings, real estate closings, refinance documents, HELOC documents, and related real estate notarization needs. My goal is to make the signing process clear, organized, and convenient, especially for clients who need mobile service at a location that works for them.

Whether you are finalizing real estate paperwork, coordinating a closing, or handling lending documents, I provide professional notary support with attention to detail and a friendly, reliable approach.
