Mary Catherine Ghiglia

My name is Mary Catherine Ghiglia, and I am a Colorado commissioned notary based in Steamboat Springs. I bring over 50 years of notarial experience and have proudly operated my National Signing Agency, Notary a la Carte, since 1994. Over the decades, I have built a reputation for being patient, personable, discreet, and thorough with every client I serve.

I provide mobile notary services and can comfortably assist Spanish-speaking clients. My background includes a wide range of lending and purchase transactions, as well as security applications, letters of requirements, and trust certifications. Whether you are completing a real estate closing or handling sensitive personal documents, I focus on accuracy, clarity, and a smooth signing experience from start to finish.
