Lori Simoneaux Ponville

I’m Lori Simoneaux Ponville, a Louisiana Civil Law Notary based in LaPlace, LA, and the founder of NextGen Legacy Planning. I have held a statewide commission since 2004, helping clients with professional, attentive notarial services throughout Louisiana.

My work includes general notarial services, estate planning support, and certified signing agent services. I have also been a background-checked Certified Signing Agent since 2013, bringing added experience and care to document signings and related appointments.

I aim to make each process clear, organized, and approachable, whether you need assistance with important personal documents, estate planning matters, or signing agent services.
