About
My name is Patsy Rodriguez Maes, owner of PLMVirtual Notary Support Services and a Certified Mobile Notary Public serving Lansing, Michigan and surrounding areas. I have been a commissioned Michigan notary since 2010 (MI Notary #1112233, exp. 01/01/2027) and am available by appointment days, evenings, and weekends to meet at your home, office, hospital, or another convenient location.
I am a Certified Signing Agent through both the NNA and Notary2Pro, with extensive experience overseeing loan signings for lenders, title companies, escrow companies, and signing services. I carefully follow all transactional instructions, including handling emailed documents, printing letter and legal sizes, and managing confirmations, tracking, and document returns.
