My name is Patsy Rodriguez Maes, owner of PLMVirtual Notary Support Services and a Certified Mobile Notary Public serving Lansing, Michigan and surrounding areas. I am a Certified Signing Agent through both the NNA and Notary2Pro, with extensive experience overseeing loan signings for lenders, title companies, escrow companies, and signing services. I carefully follow all transactional instructions, including handling emailed documents, printing letter and legal sizes, and managing confirmations, tracking, and document returns.
