Aatika Tajik

I am Aatika Tajik, a licensed New York notary serving Rochester, NY and the surrounding area. I bring 15 years of loan closing experience, including refinances, purchases, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages. I am dependable, appointment-focused, and committed to being punctual, prepared, and thorough with every signing.

My work includes loan signings, debt settlement signings, business forms and contracts, mobile notary service, and scanbacks when needed. I have successfully handled many last-minute closings, as well as complicated or challenging signing situations, while keeping document quality and timely return of signed packages a priority.

I serve a 15-20 mile radius for the base fee and can assist clients in English and Hindustani.
