Abimbola (Abbe) Awosanya

Hi, I’m Abimbola “Abbe” Awosanya, a commissioned New York Notary Public based in Saint Albans, NY. I provide mobile and remote signing services, bringing professional, detail-oriented support to your real estate and general notarization needs.

My background is deeply rooted in real estate and operations. I’ve worked as a realtor for over 6 years, an interior designer for more than 5 years, a construction project manager for 5+ years, and an appraiser assistant for about 1.5 years. I truly enjoy every aspect of real estate—from buying and selling to management, construction, and design—which helps me understand your documents and timelines from multiple perspectives.

Before notary work, I spent years in healthcare in administrative roles, most recently as a Senior Business Operations Manager for a large healthcare firm. That experience sharpened my organizational skills, confidentiality, and commitment to accuracy—qualities I bring to every signing I handle.
