I bring over 30 years of experience in homebuilding, most of that time serving as a vice president of sales and division president, where I oversaw the closings and funding of thousands of homes.

Throughout my career, I have directly supervised closings and escrows, worked closely with both in-house and outside lenders, and even served briefly as a loan officer packaging my own loans. I have personally handled dozens of loans, guided many buyers through signing their paperwork, and signed numerous loan documents for my own transactions.
