Alex Cerna

Hi, I’m Alex Cerna, a mobile notary and loan signing agent based in Victorville, CA. Through ALTIC Mobile Notary, I help clients with convenient notarial services designed to fit real-world schedules and signing needs.

I am part of a husband-and-wife notary team, working alongside Tina Cerna to support individuals, families, and businesses with professional mobile notary assistance. My services include mobile appointments, loan signing support, and retail notary needs in the Victorville area.

I focus on being approachable, punctual, and detail-oriented, so each signing is handled with care and professionalism from start to finish.
