Alice Hulburt

My name is Alice Hulburt, and I am a Florida commissioned notary and experienced signing agent based in Leesburg, FL. As a retired school principal, I bring strong organization, clear communication, and a calm, professional presence to every signing. Over the past fifteen years, I have completed more than 5,000 closings, including refinances, purchases, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages.

My background as a former Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer gives me a deeper understanding of loan documents and the questions borrowers may have, especially seniors and their families. I am detail-oriented, patient, and committed to ensuring accurate, efficient signings while helping clients feel comfortable throughout the process.
