I’m Alicia Montoya, a Florida notary based in Pembroke Pines and the owner of Self- Ali Loan Signing Service. I bring more than 17 years of experience in the financial industry, where I developed a strong commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and protecting clients’ sensitive information with strict confidentiality.

I am currently building my career as a Public Notary and Loan Signing Agent, and I am also working toward my mortgage originator license. I am familiar with many mortgage loan documents, including purchase, refinance, HELOC, and reverse mortgage packages. I am a Certified Loan Signing Agent through the National Notary Association and completed Public Notary and RON certification with Aaron Notary Services.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish, mobile and remote capable, RON capable, and flexible with scheduling, including 24-hour service, hospital signings, and jail signings.
