Alicia Steward

My name is Alicia Steward, and I am a full-time, detail-oriented Notary Signing Agent based in Modesto, California. I have over seventeen years of experience handling thousands of signings, including conventional, VA, FHA/HUD, purchase, refinance, reverse, private funding, and seller loan packages, as well as DMV title loans. I am commissioned in California (Notary Commission Nos. 2153549, 2329340, and 2490450) and serve clients throughout Stanislaus County and parts of San Joaquin and Merced counties.

In addition to loan signings, I handle a wide range of specialized documents such as Powers of Attorney, Homestead, Advanced Health Care directives, inmate visiting permissions for minors, travel and medical permissions for minors, certified copies by document custodian, adoption, parental release, guardianship, and many types of affidavits. I offer flexible scheduling, including hospital and nursing home signings when appropriate, and provide reliable edoc handling with dual-tray laser printing, scanning, and prompt document return for next-day delivery when deadlines are met.
