I'm Allison Nelson of Lake Tahoe Notary, providing professional mobile notary and loan signing services in South Lake Tahoe, CA, throughout the South Lake Tahoe Basin, and across El Dorado County. I help clients complete important documents with care, accuracy, and a calm, friendly approach.

My services include notarizations for real estate documents, loan signing appointments, wills and trusts, medical directives, and other mobile notary needs. Whether you are finalizing property paperwork, preparing estate planning documents, or need a notary to come to you, I focus on making the process clear, convenient, and efficient.
